Craig R. Shagin; is the founding member of the Shagin Law Group LLC in Harrisburg , Pennsylvania . He is a graduate of Haverford College and a cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1980 and subsequently to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, for the Third and Fourth Circuits. Mr. Shagin had earlier been an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis and a law clerk to the Honorable Edmund B. Spaeth, Jr. Craig is an author of numerous articles and a book on the law including, “Deporting Private Ryan: The Less than Honorable Condition of the Noncitizen in the United States Armed Forces, 17 Widener L.J. 245 (2007). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a volunteer lawyer assisting service men and women with their immigration related issues.
